Boiler Relief Valve and Expansion Tank Replacement
Replaced the boiler relief valve and installed a new isolation valve so the heating system can operate independently, as it was previously connected to another boiler. We also replaced the expansion tank to ensure proper pressure control and safe system operation.
Boiler Maintenance and Pressure Control Repair
When we arrived for service, there was dirty water on the floor caused by the boiler pressure relief valve discharging. The system had excessive pressure and poor maintenance. We performed a full boiler maintenance, cleaned the system, replaced the relief valve, and installed a new expansion tank to properly regulate system pressure and restore safe operation.
